Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Yash Desai (“we”, “us”) governing your use of NoMoreAI (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What NoMoreAI is
NoMoreAI is a free, browser-based tool that inspects and removes supported embedded metadata (EXIF, XMP, IPTC, PNG text, C2PA Content Credentials) from image files. Processing happens locally on your device. We may offer paid (“PRO”) features in future; separate terms will apply to those.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service.
Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain all rights to the images you process. You are solely responsible for the images you process and for complying with the policies of any platform where you publish them. You must own the images or have the necessary rights, and you must not use NoMoreAI to misrepresent content you do not own or have rights to, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or to break any applicable law.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, bypass usage limits or security, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
No guarantees about AI detection
Removing metadata does not guarantee that an image cannot be identified as AI-generated. NoMoreAI removes supported embedded information; it does not guarantee removal of pixel-level AI signals and does not defeat every AI detection system. Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn may also apply their own detection and labelling independently of the file's metadata. Use the Service accordingly.
Free tier, ads and availability
The Service is provided free and is supported by advertising. Free-tier usage is subject to daily limits that may change at any time. The Service is provided “as is” and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it (or any feature) at any time without liability.
Files and safety
Your original files are never modified. Cleaned files are generated separately for download. Only JPG, PNG and WebP formats are supported.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that metadata removal will achieve any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. The provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of the courts of Bharuch, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Questions? Contact contact@yashddesai.com.
