Who we are

NoMoreAI is operated by Yash Desai, based in Bharuch, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws, we are the data controller for the limited personal data described below. Contact: contact@yashddesai.com.

The short version

Images are processed entirely in your browser and never reach us. We have no accounts and no image database. We process personal data only for (a) the PRO waitlist email you choose to give us and (b) advertising, which requires your consent.

Images stay on your device

Inspection and cleaning run locally in your browser using Web Workers. Images are not uploaded to our servers, are not stored by us, and cannot be retrieved by us. This is the core design principle of the product.

What we do not collect

We do not create accounts or profiles, and we do not collect your image contents, filenames, or any image-derived data. We do not sell personal information.

Local storage and cookies

We use browser localStorage only for lightweight, local preferences — your theme choice, daily usage counters, and your cookie choice. This data never leaves your device. Advertising cookies are set only after you consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Advertising

NoMoreAI is supported by advertising via Google AdSense, a service provided by Google. When you consent, Google may set cookies and process your IP address and device signals to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads. We do not receive your image contents or personal information from Google. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page, and opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ad Settings. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics

No third-party analytics service is currently active. If we enable one, we will name the provider here and, where required, collect it only with consent.

Waitlist email

If you join the PRO waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and use it solely to notify you about NoMoreAI PRO. Delivery is handled by Resend (a US-based email processor) acting on our instructions; the address is also retained in our own mailbox. We keep it until the waitlist is closed or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Request deletion at any time by emailing contact@yashddesai.com.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — advertising cookies and any optional analytics. You may withdraw at any time.
• Consent / contract steps (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)) — processing your waitlist email at your request.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the service secure and functional (e.g. rate limiting, abuse prevention).

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU/EEA you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; if you are in the UK, with the ICO.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of advertising-related sharing, reject advertising cookies via Cookie settings or email us. To exercise any right, contact contact@yashddesai.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

International transfers

We are based in India. Our processors (Google, Cloudflare, Resend) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Retention

Functional storage stays on your device until you clear it. Advertising data is retained by Google under its policies. Waitlist emails are kept only as long as the waitlist is open or until you request deletion.

Children

NoMoreAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
